Compact Smart Projection
The Acer AOpen PV12a is a compact smart portable projector designed for convenient home entertainment and mobile projection. Its lightweight 460g body makes it easy to carry between rooms, offices or travel locations. The projector uses DLP technology and provides a native FWVGA resolution of 854 × 480 pixels.
Brightness and Picture Quality
The projector provides 220 ANSI lumens brightness in its standard low-blue-light mode, with an LED light source and a 5,000:1 contrast ratio. It supports a native 16:9 aspect ratio and can display images from approximately 30" to 100".
Projection and Adjustment
The PV12a features a 1.3:1 throw ratio, 1× zoom and manual focus. It supports vertical keystone correction of ±30° and can project from the front, rear, tabletop/upward and ceiling positions.
Smart Wireless Features
Built-in Wi-Fi supports wireless projection, while Bluetooth allows wireless audio connectivity. The smart platform uses an ARM Cortex-A55 quad-core processor with 2GB DDR4 RAM and 8GB eMMC storage.
Connectivity
The projector includes one HDMI port for video and audio input, USB connectivity and a stereo mini-jack headphone/audio output. Wireless projection technologies include Miracast and EZCast.
Audio
A built-in 2W mono speaker provides onboard audio for presentations, videos and other multimedia content.
LED Light Source
The LED light source is mercury-free and designed for long-term use, with a rated life of up to 20,000 hours in Standard mode and up to 30,000 hours in ECO mode.
Battery
The integrated rechargeable battery provides up to approximately 2 hours of runtime in ECO mode according to AOpen's official specifications.
