Anycubic Kobra S1 Max – Large-Format CoreXY 3D Printer
Big builds at high speed, with engineering-grade materials. The Kobra S1 Max is a large-format CoreXY printer for makers, engineers and small businesses. It prints large parts, or many smaller ones at once, without giving up quality.
Room to go big. The 350 × 350 × 350mm build volume fits large prototypes, cosplay pieces, enclosures and full plates of smaller parts.
Fast when you need it. CoreXY motion reaches up to 600mm/s and 20,000mm/s² acceleration. For everyday quality printing, the recommended speed is 300mm/s.
Built for tough materials. A hardened steel nozzle rated to 350°C and hardened steel extruder gears handle abrasive carbon-fibre and glass-fibre filaments without wearing out. It prints 13 filament types, from PLA and PETG to PA, PC and fibre-filled composites. A PEI spring steel plate, heated to 120°C, grips prints while they print and releases them easily afterwards.
A good first layer without the fiddling. LeviQ 3.0 automatic levelling maps the bed before every print. Pressure advance and flow calibration tune extrusion for clean walls and sharp corners.
Long prints without babysitting. Several safeguards cover long and overnight jobs:
- AI spaghetti detection catches failed prints early.
- Filament runout and tangle detection, with auto-resume, deal with spool problems.
- Power-loss resume carries on after an outage.
- Object skip lets you cancel one failed part and keep the rest of the plate printing.
- A built-in 720p camera lets you check in from the Anycubic App.
Easy to control. Use the 4.3″ touchscreen (10 languages), the Anycubic App, your slicer, or a USB drive. Quiet mode runs at 45 dB or less.
Single-colour as standard; multicolour is possible with an Anycubic ACE unit, sold separately. Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
