12" 2K IPS Display
The OSCAL Pad 100 features a large 12-inch IPS touchscreen with a 1200 × 2000 resolution, providing a spacious viewing area for streaming, browsing, studying, video calls and productivity. The display supports low-blue-light technology and active stylus input.
Octa-Core Performance
The tablet is powered by the Unisoc T615 octa-core processor, combining 2 Cortex-A75 cores up to 1.8GHz with 6 Cortex-A55 cores up to 1.6GHz. Graphics processing is handled by the Mali-G57 GPU.
8GB RAM and 256GB Storage
This specific Sky Blue configuration has 8GB physical RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 internal storage. The tablet supports virtual RAM expansion and storage expansion through a TF/microSD card of up to 2TB.
4G LTE and Dual SIM
The Pad 100 LTE supports 2G, 3G and 4G networks. It has dual Nano-SIM capability, with the card configuration supporting either 2 SIMs or 1 SIM + 1 TF card.

The Pad 100 runs Android 15 and supports features including Face Unlock, active stylus input, OTG, reverse charging, Widevine L1 and various AI-assisted functions.
